Pictures of my painted cabinets

Not sure if you all venture to the kitchen forum, but for those who don't, I wanted to share. I painted my honey oak cabinets with Cabinet Coat and they came out wonderful (except for the pantry that I forgot to sand, if you read my other post....LOL. The pantry doors are fine now after re-doing them.)

Here is the link.

    Wow, what a difference!

How many cabinets did you paint and how long did it take, if I may ask?

I think I read everything but maybe I missed it ....
What color are the walls ??

You have my exact same cabinets. Great job!!!!
I've bookmarked the page to remind myself how great mine could look someday.
Thanks so much for the breakdown of what you used .

I have 22 cabinet doors. It took me 3 weeks.

The wall color is Antique White from Walmart....LOL. A few years ago, I tried and tried to find the perfect butter color and I found it at Walmart.

Well I better head out to Walmart soon to give it a try while the paint is still made by Sherwin Williams...

Akzo got the new contract last month so that will mean a Glidden type paint for the future..

I've got 23 cabinet doors and 12 drawers and still no room ...LOL

Maybe I'll start with the walls....

bailyandbella, I'm taking a week off in November to help my DIL paint her cabinets. We'll be using Funcolor's Painting Your Cabinets in Six Steps directions. There are 18 cabinets and two banks of drawers.

After reading your post I wonder if there will be enough time to finish the job. What took most of your time?

I have Lupus so I could not paint every day. Plus some days were too hot.

I think you will be able to do it in one week. What a good MIL you are! :)
