Comparing two granite colors

Hi, I am looking at new venetian gold vs sainte cecilia for countertop replacement in our kitchen. Current cabinets are white with golden oak trim (20 yrs old trend but still look fine so not replacing). We will also replace the cabinet pulls. Those of you who have experience with one other or both granite colors, which would you recommend with white? Floor is quarry tile, some tiles are off white, some are beige. Thanks.

I'm currently looking at these same 2 granites and have samples of both. It seems like there is a lot of variability, especially with the Santa Cecilia. My understanding is the SC comes in a "classic" form which seems to have more gray, and a "gold" form. I prefer the gold because it looks warmer to me. I also really like the NVG- the piece I have has less white in it than the SC. That said, I think either would look fantastic with the white cabs. Your floor color may be the thing to look at more carefully.
