Large matte biscuit tiles & question about fixtures

Does anyone know of a large scale (at least 10" on one side) solid matte tile, similar to the Daltile "biscuit" or "almond" Preferably under $3 a square foot? This is for a leaky shower remodel.

Also, if I am gutting a shower to redo the tile, is it a big deal to replace the shower fixtures? My shower has a hand held fixture as well as multiple sprays . Thanks for your help!
