Hest88' thank you so much. I have been pleased with responsiveness of Bluestar. Their district manager came to my home to test the heat output of the griddle for me...I had a number of questions after using it ...and I am still not a huge fan... But I am happy with the stove and purchased a lubricant for the hinges.

Ive had my 48" rnb for almost 6 yrs.....never lubricated once and have not had the stuck hinges. I wouldn't be a bit surprised if the lube actually makes things worse over time.

Carree, Mandy told me the new doors with the new hinges don't require lubrication. Quite a relief.
