Does anyone have a recommendation for a good quality electric roaster oven (about 18 qt), like a Nesco? I did an Amazon review check and some people say the Nesco brand is good, some say it's flimsyish or gets a little hot around the outer edges.

As the title says the oven and broiler both stopped working Christmas morning. ( igniters were not working) Luckily the rib roast was fine on the gas grill. 1/2 hour over direct heat than balance of the time in a hotel pan so I could accumulate
