After owning a Capital Culinarian 48 inch rangetop with six burners and a grill for three years, I decided to buy the new redesigned burners. Don't expect them to give them to you for free! They cost about $75 per burner. Capital redesigned

I was looking for a rangetop that had more power than my GE Profile and would cook evenly. Additionally, it had to handle a wok. I took delivery of my Capital Culinarian about a month ago and it was just installed. So far, I am very pleased.

Ok, I have yet to SEE a Culinarian...not a huge deal.. but in my search, I am calling all over the place and Capital tells me the numbers of two authorized repair places around me. I call them, they have no idea what brand I am talking about.
