Cilantro is my absolute favorite fresh herb. But I only make two things with it - salsa or black bean/corn salad. So, I usually delay planting my cilantro so that it is ready when the tomatoes and corn are ready. Does anyone have a recipe

Just tried 'spring pasta salad' from HyVee Food Store and it was awesome. Salad contains shell pasta, celery, peppers, carrots, and cucumbers, all cut in 1 inch chunks! Now I'm trying to figure out the creamy sauce that covers above ingredients.
