 Anyone regret getting a single 10" deep sink?

I would like some recommendations on a drop-in double stainless steel sink. I know I want at least 18 gauge for durability, but from there...Brand? Bowls the same size or one smaller? DH thought $200 was a reasonable price until I showed him

 please recommend a stainless steel sink
was originally planning on apron fireclay but quickly realized i would lose my mind if it chipped/scratched, so stainless it is. we are looking for an undermount, not too fond of the apron stainless sinks. we can go up to 36
