 Blue Star Burner Clogged

15K BTU burner on recently installed Blue Star is clogged. It only initially lights about 3/4 of the way around, and then slowly adds a few more holes, but not all of them are lit. Any suggestions on how to unclog this and/or how to prevent this

I have read the postings on the BlueStar ignitor/ignition module, trying to resolve my own unit's problems. Most of the ceramic ignitors are cracked (due to cleaning), and I am unsure if the ignitor module is functioning properly as I use a match
