Wood for boat headliner?

I may be in the completely wrong place, but I have a question about wood with which to replace a Naugehyde headliner (aka overhead) on a Westsail 32". Husband wants to use tongue and groove cherry. Boat was originally custom finished and has a mix of cherry, teak, and mahogany. Only the salon has Naugehyde. Do you have a recommendation for where to get appropriate material. Will have to be able to follow curve.

V-groove, straight, 2 1/2" (roughly) wide, 3 1/2" thick, 6' or 8' length, according to DH. Thanks so much!
