Hi, Has anyone here ever built or seen a glass top or wood coffee table using encyclopedia books for the legs? We have an old, almost 50 year old set, and I would like to convince my DH that this can easily be accomplished, any ideas?. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks Wendy

RE: encyclopedia books

Cool!!! I also have a 50 year old set I can't quite bear to part with.
And I'll bet you could make a cool table with glass and National Geograpics!...I have about 40 years of them stored!
Anxiously watching this thread...
How about posting it on Home decorating and trash to treasure as well?
