Before anyone can provide a helpful answer, it would be best if you familiarized yourself with the standard vocabulary:

Mouldings: these are pieces of decorative wood trim that attach to a wall. Crown goes at the top. Base goes at the bottom. Chair rail, plate rail, and picture rail mouldings all fall within the respective vertical zone as indicated by their names.

Casings: surround a door or window, covering the space between the wall and frame. They are just like mouldings, but serve a different function.

Wainscoting: paneling that covers the bottom portion of a wall. Usually a chair rail caps off the top of the wainscoting and base moulding finishes the bottom.

To get a rough estimate, measure all the lineal feet of the different kinds of mouldings, casings, and paneling. Be aware that some taller profile mouldings are actually built up with 2 or 3 pieces, sometimes more. Count eact piece separately. Typical labor costs for paint grade range from $3-5 per lineal foot, materials cost $1-3 per foot. The picture you have is some medium to high end work, depending on your personal standards.

A wild guess: $1,500 is what the finish carpenter is going to upcharge for wainscoting and crown on a new bathroom.
