Hi everyone,

As you may have noticed, we've been sprucing up the site a bit. Among other things, we've added new ways to upload photos and email notifications of post replies. We are still cleaning out cobwebs and weeding some areas of the site, but we are also working on some bigger projects like a better search engine (yay!) and a mobile app. We'd also like to get some feedback from you. What enhancements or additions would you like to see? What do you love? What do you hate? Think big and small!

We can't promise the moon, but please know that we will read and consider every one of your ideas and suggestions. We appreciate your loyalty and dedication to our site and we know how important your community is to you. Help us make it even better!

Being able to simply add photos is a great improvement.

A couple of others I'd like to see are

* An agree/disagree, thumbs up/thumbs down, like/dislike, 1-5 stars button or something like that.

* A quick way to flag abuse (e.g., SPAM) that sets it for review, and if a post gets a critical number (3, 4, 5, etc.),, then it's immediately hidden or removed.

* A way to edit or delete a post you've made, in case of omission, error, or change of heart.

I have not used this board much because of the things you are about to make better!
Easier picture posting
SEARCHING for a member or post has been so difficult!
Saving posts, like the clipping feature, I clip... then can't find easily after.... hope that changes. What would a 'favorites' do, would that be easier? I would love to save my Favorites posts from GW.
And also 'edit' feature would be nice.
How about links, including a link to FB, Pinterest, or Houzz too....
Love the Star thing... or thumbs up!
I would also like to FOLLOW a favorite poster!

How about a post view count---so readers can see how many people have looked at each thread?

Early on we could contact someone to get rid of spam---that went away---due to growth/staff time understandably.Be nice to be able to do that again.

It is still there...It is the Contact Us link found in the green banner at the bottom of any/every page.

Hi everyone!

You asked and we listened. Today we are very excited to be debuting our newest feature -- post editing! To use this feature, go back to the post you wish to correct and you'll find the link under the 'My Clippings' links on the right side of the page.

I want to give a special shout out to all the testers who tried to break the editing tool. ;) Your feedback was insightful and invaluable. Thank you!

You may have also noticed that we adjusted the login cookie awhile back so that you should not have to login repeatedly.
