| I have a solid wood entry door that was refinished using the faux wood graining technique many years ago. It's badly in need of refinishing but unfortunately all the craftsmen who use this technique are already booked for the season. Is there any way I can protect weather worn areas of the door with some sort of sealant so it will not become further damaged over the winter, until I can have it done in the spring? Obviously, I don't know much about this subject so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. |

| I'd check with the outfit that will be doing the re-finish in the spring and ask them what they recommend. |
