Old wood trim help please.

My house is 20 years old, with all the trim/moldings being wood. They are in decent condition, but have lost the shine. They are really just looking old. I have three little kids, there is no way I have the time to sand, stain and re varnish the wood. Do I have another option? Thanks!

If the wood and finish are in good shape, just not "shiny" you could just put on a new coat (or two) of varnish or polyurethane.

Give the wood a good cleaning, lightly sand with a fine grit paper to abrade the surface, and remove any dust. There are a number of wipe-on finishes that are very easy to use.
