| I am going to be installing a Mahogany door this weekend. Could you give me any staining tips please? I work at Lowe's and got a 1,600 special order door for 600 and it is unfinished. The door has a nice arched glass design, surrounded in seems like 2" molding around the glass and panels. I currently have a mail slot in my door now, but was wondering if I would compromise the door in any way if I put it in this one? There is approximately 8" of space to put one in. Also what seems to be the best way to stain a door like this? Any tips would help. Thanks in advance. |
