Need help - what is liquid wipe vs liquid stain?

We ordered cabinets for our bathroom and wanted to use different feet so the manufacturer provided us with matching stain to stain our own wood feet. They provided us with 3 cans of liquid with the following lables:
-cocoa stain
-cocoa wipe
-Topcoat
FYI - Cocoa is the color of our cabinets.

There was no instructions included with the stain. Can anyone help us as to what the liquid wipe is and what process we should use to stain our wood feet?

Thanks!

If your cabinet finish included an over-glaze, I suspect that's what the "wipe" is. Kind of a toner to bring out the details and emphasize corners, distressing, etc.
