Best way to fill in cracks on faux plank dining table

I have a dining table made of wood veneers and solids (the type of wood is not listed) and finished with a cocoa brown "hand painted" finish. The top is a faux plank style and I am trying to think of the best way to fill in the cracks to prevent crumbs from getting into them (as I have three little ones). I don't want to sand the current finish and work from that vantage point, I am just looking for something clear (that preferably comes in a tube for ease of application) to fill in the cracks and that will bond to whatever finish is on the table. Any suggestions? Here is a link to the table for pics/more info: http://www.coasterfurniture.com/Item/-140048601/104728

Thank you!
