| I'm making a corn hole toss game. I bought a honey pine colored ployshade and did not realize that it was a satin finish until after I put the first coat on. I would like it to be a gloss finish not a satin. It is dark enough as it is with the first coat. Can I use a gloss finish polyurethane over a satin polyshade? It will be kept indoors when not in use.

| The final coat, and the treatment of it (e.g., rubbing) determines the sheen. You can certainly go gloss over satin or vice-versa. |
