rubbing out the finish

My dining room chair project is progressing. I've put the first coat of Waterlox on and to my unprofessional eye they look wonderful. I'll put on another coat tomorrow and see where I am.

Looking ahead to a possible next step would be to use the Imperial Hand Glaze that I forced my DH to search high and low for. Based on previous posts I thought I would be able to use it. Doing research today I read the article attached below and now I wonder.

Is it a yes or a no? If yes, please tell the the simple steps to the process including supplies I'll need. I promise I'll then reread that article for the finer points.
