Low 80s, zero humidity, sun in the sky.

Perfect for yard work I need to do. Recovering my gardens from 5 years of neglect. Big job w/ 3 landscaped acres.

So what am I doing? Procrastinating.

I'm sanding the crap out of my mahogany front door. I have absolutely nothing to lose.

I'm asked here before how to strip stain, etc., and detailed how I massacred it with a scraper trying to get the stuff off.

Well, lemme tell 'ya.

My brand new, DeWalt random orbital sander (thanks all, was a good price) is removing a beautiful amount of this mud brown stain I didn't know to wipe off as I applied it.

Now...

What to do with this gorgeous, bare wood? I'm far from done, but one must plan!
