| I need to repair one of our wooden carriage garage doors. I need to replace a portion that is 2' X 4' . The material needing replacement is .125 thk. sheet. It looks like hardboard but it needs to be for exterior use. I went to HD to see what they had but all the hardboard they stocked showed for interior use only. Can anyone suggest a material I can use for this repair? It needs to be .090 to .125 thick.

| Go to a real lumberyard not HD or Lowes and ask for 1/8" Tempered Masonite or Hardboard. You may need to purchase a 4'x8' sheet but with cutting it for you will still be under $20. |
