Take off old finish, apply stain.

Sorry, I'm busy on Saturday :-)

Remove doors and drawer fronts, remove hardware
Drop cloths and plastic on floors and countertops
Lots of ventilation
Chemical stripper, scrape, rinse, dry
Light sanding
Test finish schedule on scrap or drawer backs
Stain
Varnish of choice
Reattach hardware and re-hang doors.
