crown molding price fair?

I had a guy give me a quote on putting in 3 piece crown (64 linear feet) in a bedroom. He'll prime it. It's a standard 3.5 " crown plus the top and bottom pieces. He wants $11 a foot installed. Around $700 for the room. Sound like a fair price?? I'm in NW chicago.

Thanks! I actually got another quote. Over the phone. A carpenter on Call guy who works in the area. He wanted $710 so I decided to just cap my estimate at two and order the job. My husband says it sounds like a lot of money but it is really pretty and if he does a nice job I have many other rooms needing trim upgrades and so this is a nice test.
