| I am looking for someone to help me in having this table made. I know there has to be someone out there that does turning.

| I have a turned pedestal similar to the one pictured in this thread. I need to shorten it a few inches to dining table height. The neck is 6 1/4" in diameter. Who should I hire to make this cut? What type of tool would be used to assure the pedestal remains level? I don't dare tackle this myself, but I don't even know who would be qualified to do this. Thanks for any suggestions. |

| Quandary, you're looking for a wood turner, as above. This work is done with a lathe. |
