Turned Base Table

I am looking for someone to help me in having this table made. I know there has to be someone out there that does turning.

Measurement:
Height: 24"
Width: 24" table top. Turning 8" diameter. Base 18" diameter.

Anyone able to point me in the right direction?

Thanks!

You might want to post your location in case someone can suggest a turner in your neighborhood.

Check for your local chapter American Association of Woodturners (AAW).

Here is a link that might be useful: Find a chapter

I have a turned pedestal similar to the one pictured in this thread. I need to shorten it a few inches to dining table height. The neck is 6 1/4" in diameter.
Who should I hire to make this cut? What type of tool would be used to assure the pedestal remains level?

I don't dare tackle this myself, but I don't even know who would be qualified to do this.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Quandary, you're looking for a wood turner, as above. This work is done with a lathe.

Thank you, jon1270! I'll find someone with a lathe. The link posted by bobsmyuncle shows several woodturners in my state.

This forum is great!!
