integrated DW panel?

Is it possible to make an integrated panel for any dishwasher? Having kitchen island totally rebuilt by Amish craftsman....DW is in the island, and we are reusing current DW-its a white Bosch. Before I ask him to do this, thought I would find out if its a possibitly first! :) He tried to convince me that there was not room under sink for trash pullout-he had never seen the single sink with offset right-rear drain. But what a craftsman! Does gorgeous work! Thank you!

Having a wood panel is asking for a huge headache. A wood panel that size and that thin will warp simply from the moisture/temp range in a normal kitchen.

Plastic panels are available.

In any case the springs in the door must be able to deal with the added weight of the wood panel. If it is a 3/16" plywood skin, no big deal; if a solid wood raised panel and drawer front, you must use a specialized panel-ready DW.
