Where to find vintage style 'button' cabinet door catch

I just bought an antique (or vintage) dining room set. IÂm guessing it dates from the 1920Âs. The china cabinet and buffet have small hinged doors. These have a catch that consists of a small metal "button" about ¼ inch in diameter, set into the bottom of the door; projecting downward 3/16ths. These engage with a spring catch set into the inside floor of the cabinet: a metal ring with a button that pops up when open, and down when the door button fits into it. This looks rather like a sewing type snap. The two parts are parallel to each other.

ItÂs a clever catch that takes up almost no space and does not interfere with taking things in and out. I have seen these before in other vintage furniture, but not in modern.

The set is missing a few of the spring-half parts. Any idea where I could find replacements? If not, is there another catch that works in a similar way, with the parts working parallel to each other?
