Is this considered exterior grade underlayment grade plywood

We are thinking about installing linoleum in the bathroom and the manufacturer recommends using exterior grade and underlayment grade plywood. This plywood (image shown) is available at HD and it has a stamp with the words APA, exterior, and underlayment in it. I'm hoping this would fit the bill but HD personnel tells me this is not exterior grade plywood and that it just means exterior glue. Now I'm confused and don't know how to look for exterior grade plywood. Our contractor had also told us that he can't get exterior grade plywood, that It will either be marine grade plywood (which is very expensive and seems like over-kill for our application) or use some kind of waterproofing coating. Any advise?
