Need help restoring or rehabbing antique wood doors

I have four doors salvaged from a tear-down. Three I believe are quarter-sawn oak. I am not sure the species of wood in the fourth door. The finish is very dry, or missing in some places. I wiped a small place on each door with isopropyl alcohol. The finish dissolved on all the doors. I need advice on where to go from here to rehabilitate the doors. Here are a few pictures, HTH:

Strip the doors with a liquid stripper like "Kutzit" and then refinish with shellac. I would wait until warmer weather to do any stripping. Your qs oak ID is spot-on.

Hi Casey!
I was hoping you would see this since I know you from the Kitchen forum. Thanks! I don't know if I can stand to wait until spring. Could it be done indoors with good ventilation? The doors are going in the kitchen/porch/laundry remodel-addition. I had about decided to order cherry cabinets, but now I am torn because this QS Oak is just beautiful. I hope I didn't pay too much for these, $500 for all, with jambs for the french and single-lite door.

It's just that chemical strippers work s-l-o-w-l-y in cold temps. Optimum is 80. Of course, if you decide to heat, make sure the heater has no flame or spark.
