Can you tell what year this DeWalt planer is by the code?

I did a search on google but couldn't confirm whether this used planer for sale was built in 2007, or if that number has nothing to do with year.
Any idea?
Owner says it's only been used once, and that it's "new". 2 hour drive away so not wanting to go if they are full of you know what, with being 7-8 years old.
