Where to buy a transformer...please help?

Would anyone know where I can buy a replacement for this transformer that gave out after only a few months of use? I can't find anything online. This connects to an outdoor lighting set. Thanks!

You can find lots of transformers that will work. Most are going to be larger than you need (read more expensive). Here's one but it's still $60 ..

Google: outdoor transformer 12V 10W

It is more than just a transformer.

Transformers are AC in and AC out.

It has at least a rectifier of some type on the output, and possibly some filter capacitors.

Agreed...but the industry does refer to them as transformers none the less, power supply would be a better term.

i think i am a little over my head. Not sure what you guys mean by AC in and out. Also, does the transformer you sent have the same connection as the one i am replacing?

thanks for all the insight
