what type of receptacle for our all gas freestanding range?

We're finishing a minor part DIY remodel of our kitchen (with licensed subcontractors but no GC). The electrician suggested we buy all the switches & receptacles to save money instead of paying for his upcharge. So we're using Lutron Diva dimmers & basic Leviton receptacles, but what kind of 3 prong receptacle do I need to get for our new Thermador all gas 36" 6 burner free standing range that we're going to install? Per the manual, the circuit requirement is 120VAC 60Hz. The manual specifically lists a NEMA 5-20 receptacle BUT ONLY IF there's an electric griddle. But we DON'T have that with our range and the manual doesn't tell me what I DO need for the all gas burner version. (Unfortunately, our electrician is away for the holidays and I'm trying to buy all the necessary receptacles on-line this week). Can anyone help?!?!?!? We are definitely out of our comfort zone!
