LED 230v

I wanted to tie into a 230V electric dryer, or electric stove circuit, to power a circuit for 230v LED light(s). Total draw @ 4 watts. Can I connect the two hot leads to the positive wire for the E-27 socket for the 230V, and the negative to negative ?? Thanks, George

Neither of those circuits can power any lighting. You need a 15A or 20A circuit.
