Conduit size for 2-2-2-6 THHN copper wire?

Posted by soivos (My Page) on

I need to install a sub-panel about 160 ft. from the main panel.
I'm thinking about burying a 2" conduit, will that be big enough to pull 2-2-2-6 THHN copper wires?
Thank you.

Plenty big enough.

THHN can not be used in underground conduit unless it is also rated THWN or something similar approved for wet locations. Most is.
