There's certainly not enough information for us to tell. Labor rates vary widely around the US and even in this area there's not enough information to tell you what the scope of the job is. Trenching in conduits isn't too pricey until you need to cross roads or driveways. Is that squidge a "foot" marker (695 feet). Sounds a little pricey for this area but your best bet is to get bids from a couple of guys.

No road or drive crossings. That's starting at dead end street and going about 100' straight into our property then a 90 degree turn up to the house site. All in open field. Little rock.

I do plan to get a second quote, but this guy came recommended by two different sources.
