| I have 2 High Pressure Sodium wall pack fixtures on the outside of my home. They do work only marginally. The problem I have with them is that they come on too soon at dusk, and turn off too late in the morning. This is comparing them with the street lights in the neighborhood. I do know that the problem is with the photo cells (electric eye). Today was a dark cloudy day and they came on at 3:45 in the afternoon and stayed on. The street lights did not. My question is this. Do they make different photo cells that are more or less light sensitive? I will change them if this is the case. And what ones will work to correct this problem? |

| Look at the photocell. Some have an adjustment (often just a mechanical shutter) on them. You might also try repositioning it to get it into a better position. Your other option is to just bypass them and put them on a switch or timer. |
