Please help identify neutral bond in generator!

Need help identifying where neutral bond is in my generator wiring. attached is a pic of the wiring. i believe the neutral bond is at the far right. there is a short green wire coming off the ground screw and going to the neutral screw on the outlet. if i disconnect the wire to the neutral screw, is this effectively breaking the bond to neutral? am i missing any other step? Thanks
