Wireing a simple light were a fan was

Had ceiling fan in the room and went to replace with a simple light, power goes directly to light box not switch not sure how to wire light.

Every time i try light stays on all the time?

I bet you just twisted all the black wires together and all the white wires together at the light. I bet when you throw the switch the breaker blows.

figure out which wire goes to the switch and which is the incoming power.

POWER BLACK - SWITCH WHITE
SWITCH BLACK - LIGHT BLACK
LIGHT WHITE - POWER WHITE.
