The line to my hot tob trips the breaker even with no load hooked up to it. I have even pulled out the outlet and still it will trip. It is a dedicated line at 120 volts. I changed the breaker thinking that was the problem. Here is my question, the line runs underground, what is the chance the line has some kind of short? How do i test that? I have an ohm meter, but again, how would I test that? Thanks for any help you can give me.
