Lights in storage room suddenly not working.

I have a 4x7 storage room that is attached to my house. Meaning that you have to go outside to get to it.
It is right infront of my carport.
For some reason the outside light fixture and also the inside fixture suddenly stopped working.

I had left the inside light on and noticed the light through the door when i was feeding my dog one night. When i went in to turn the light off the next day, it was already off and the outside light also would not come on.

What could be the problem and how do i fix it?
Im not sure what swich is used for the room in my breaker box.
This may not mean anything but I do know that when a plumber was working at my house a few years ago that when he was using the exterior outlet on the storage room that the power went out and he had to run a cord to my neighbors house for power.

Any advice...

I should also mention that i have a gfi breaker box and non of them tripped.

Look for the breaker switch that is not in line with the rest.
or,
The breaker might feel 'loose' when you toggle it back and forth.
If found, move the breaker switch to the OFF position, and then to the ON position.
or
The power might (should) be GFCI protected. Possibly through a receptacle in/on or near the shed or near the breaker panel. Look for one that needs to be reset.
