| Have removed a Whirlpool tub and won't replace it. The questions I have concern the wiring for the pump which now will not be used for its intended purpose, the pump on the tub.
The wiring for the pump, to disable the wire do I need to cut the wire and push it out of the box or put wire nuts on the wires and leave in the box? Are there any height requirements for a plug in the bath area, I can also install a plug on the same wire where it attached to the pump. This plug will be GFI protected. |
