Want to use CEB main Panel as Sub Panel

I have an old CEB BC21400 main panel that i want to use as a sub panel. It has a 100 amp main breaker. I was going to feed it from the main panel with a 60 amp breaker. I assume the red & white will go to the 100 amp main, and the neutral will go to lug to the right of the main. Don't know about the #8 ground. There is a green ground screw beside the neutral lug, but it does not t seem to be for this gauge of wire. It appears the ground on this box are simply screws at both sides screwed directly into the box (no bus per se). Old box, but has a full complement of breakers. Would prefer to use it rather than buya new sub with breakers. Anyone familiar with these old boxes. There is a lug on the bottom (assume neutral bar?). HELP!!!?
