I am replacing a switch and combo switch/outlet in a half bath. there is a single switch that controls a light and a combo with the switch controlling an exhaust fan and the outlet has constant power. The original fixtures were removed before I saw it so I have no way of knowing how it was wired

there is a wire coming from the fan and both black and white lines are hot there's also a wire coming from the light and only the white wire is hot
I'm usually decent with this type electrical, but this ones a bit aggravating...
can someone please help
