Recent installation? Have you contacted Lithonia? I know of no way to alter the preset operating pattern of your lights.
The built-in photocell could be covered/painted over and the power to the lights controlled by a separate photocell which you supply and have installed. May be costly and look unsightly and will not necessarily accomplish your objectives.
On a similar subject, one of the (rural area) POCOs with which I deal just announced that customer-paid flat-rate outdoor security lights will be replaced with LED units whenever they require repair or replacement. New installations will be LED. Some parts for mercury vapor lights are not available and the LEDs are more energy efficient than other types commonly in use.
