ITE G3030MB1200 Compatability

| I would like to install a ground fault ciruit breaker in my ITE G3030MB1200 200 amp. panel to service a kitchen area. Does anyone know a brand of breaker with a reasonable price that might be compatible with the ITE panel? Thanks for your replies. |

| For what it's worth. After investigating the BR breakers, it appears that the BR type breakers, including the Cutler Hammer, will not work in the ITE panel mentioned above. The slot is too narrow. I was able to use a Siemen's breaker however, but not a BR type. I happened to see an Arc Fault Siemens breaker that stated compatibility with the ITE panel. The GFCI package did not specify ITE, but the breaker looked identical to the Arc Fault unit, so I purchased it and it works fine. |
