Offset Mounting for 128 Outdoor Sconces?? HELP

Our community has selected new outdoor wall lanterns(128+Quantity) for our townhomes. However, the builder placed the electrical boxes on either side of the garage at 3 different heights in the masonary walls, so moving the boxes is not under consideration.

Naturally, a lantern that is the perfect height on a some of the buildings is too low on other buildings. The range in height on the electrical boxes is 12"!!!

The fixture we've selected has a back mounting plate (hollow) of 11" overall in height with the 2 holes for mounting to the electrical box 3" down from the top. I thought there might be some type of offset bracket that could be mounted to the existing elec. box that would then place the holes for mounting the lanterns higher in postion. The height wouldn't match perfectly from building to building, but it would be closer than what we've got now.

Is there a product like that on the market or is this something that I will need to have fabricated?

Here is a link that might be useful: 18

Well...only two things I see can be done.
Screw the fixtures hardware into the masonry as high as you can but still covering the electrical box.
Or
Find or manufacture a medallion with a hollow back that will increase your mounting area.

Hope you comprehend what I'm trying to say
