adding more electrical wiring to a concrete house

concrete block house with blocks completely filled in with concrete, built in early 70's in Puerto Rico. I need to add electrical updates like lights, outlets, internet and TV, as well as a wireless antenna on top of the house wired into an indoor router. all present electrical was done through PVC conduit installed through the concrete blocks before they were filled. Nighmare!! Any ideas?
thanks,
sailnbyu

Perhaps this will help explain the concept. Do some searching on your own.

Dang... not even a groan or a rotten tomato. I guess I won't quit my day job to become stand up comedian.
