Amperage rating for bathroom receptacle

I'm putting in a small, new bathroom and it has its own 20 amp circuit protected by a 20 amp GFCI breaker. The bathroom will have one duplex outlet. When I did this several years ago, the NEC allowed a 15 amp rated receptacle to be used on the 20 amp circuit as long as there were two or more receptacles (and a duplex receptacle counted as two). Is the code still the same today, that is, can I install a 15 amp rated duplex receptacle and not a 20 amp rated receptacle?
