First off, go induction. You will save a lot of power. If you live in a hot area, you will save a lot of air conditioning cost.

Second, as ronatalie suggested, you can have an electrician look at your home and tell you. Alternatively, with more information someone here may be able to help if you take pictures of your meter and load center and post them here. In addition to that, post the square footage of your home and list all the electrical appliances outside of lighting. Include, however, the nature of your lighting, incandescent, fluorescent or LED.

Do you pay utility bills for your own condo unit directly to a utility company or are your utility charges part of the monthly common element assessment charge derived from the yearly condo budget?

Do your condo's regulations mandate the types of electric or gas appliances permitted and their max power consumption?

This is the dividing line between simple but expensive upgrades and complicated, expensive, upgrades that will take years to accomplish.
You will have to beome an interested, all business, familiar face to your property manager and Board of Directors and keep them informed as to your reno plans even if they don't seem to care. Involve the company used by the condo that looks after the electrical work. They should be able to give you a very simple report of your present power situation at a fairly minimal cost.
You might be surprised how far a B of D can go to undo your work long after it has been finished if it encroaches onto their turf.
