Would it be difficult

and/or expensive to install a 240V outlet on the wall where there isn't one?

I have 240V outlet on one wall where the ovens were but not on the opposite wall where I want to move the cooktop to.

Am I looking at some major re-wiring or is it pretty straightforward to do?
